Sarah W McClain

Richburg, South Carolina - Sarah Wallace McClain, daughter of the late Jim and Jane Simon Wallace was born on November 13, 1951in Rock Hill, SC. She departed this life on December 22, 2023, at her residence in Richburg, SC after a short-term illness. She worked at the Country Omelet and the State Rest Area for over 20 years.
Ms. McClain was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary American Legion Auxiliary and the Moose Lodge. She was a loving mother and grandmother and friend to all she met.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, her brothers Edger, Donnie, Phillip,Charlie Bobby and Jimmy Wallace.  Survivors include her life partner, Kenneth Dennings of the home, daughter, Rebecca (James) Price and son Jerry Lee (Star) McClain, Grandchildren, Jimmy Garrett, Bradshaw Wilcox ,Joseph, Emily , Kelly Dennings and Dyan Picklin.
A Celebration of Life service will be at Rock Hill Moose Lodge and will be announced later.
