Little Rock, SC- Cyril Lowery passed away on April 23, 2023, in Dillon County. Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Resthaven Cemetery.

A public viewing will be held from 4-8pm on Friday, April 28, 2023 in the chapel of Stubbs Funeral Home LLC- Dillon Chapel
